Shipping policy

At Simply VDL, LLC, we aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. All shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Simply VDL, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs issues, or other events beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not liable for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
